About Ron Estes

Ron Estes MFT is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (lic. MFC37086), Supervisor, Teacher and an Arts Collaborator. He has studied, practiced, and taught narrative therapy for years and contributed to articles published in professional therapeutic journals. He has focused on applying non-pathologizing therapeutic skills two capacities. Firstly, in therapeutics practicing individual, relationship and family therapy in both private and integrative health clinical settings. Secondly, he has combined his therapeutic skills with his experience in the Arts to consult with persons engaged in creative disciplines to help them navigate the challenges specific to their work.

Ron currently acts as a clinical consultant to licensed therapists and interns and co-leads a one year narrative practices certificate program.  In his private practice he works in collaboration with the The Center for Health and Wellbeing and other skilled healthcare providers. He also continues his work as an Arts and Creative Disciplines Consultant with persons locally and nationally.
